Our project „Just Transition in the European Car Industry“ aims to contribute to the development of a just transition of the automotive industry and its suppliers. In five partner countries – Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Hungary and Germany – the project will
- establish an exchange group between European stakeholders for a just transition of the automotive industry,
- develop bottom-up pathways for this transition,
- develop policy recommendations for the national transitions and the EU, and
- carry out communication and dissemination activities to inform the public.
The report shows main requirements, challenges and a pathway for a just transition.
